Mindy Gross, Managing Director, has been a serial entrepreneur and in the investment business for over twenty years. Mindy founded several companies with particular focus in the healthcare and renewable energy sectors. During her time as senior management, she spearheaded acquisitions, multiple private placements and institutional financing for her companies. In her role as Managing Director for Euro Partners, Mindy is responsible for assisting her clients in establishing a strategic approach to new markets with particular focus on Central and Eastern Europe, negotiating for M&A transactions, financial structures with investment banks and financial institutions for both private placement and IPO transactions. Mindy established Euro Partners to serve each client with a fundamental yet creative approach to their individual financing needs.

Susan Kates, Director of Corporate Development, is a seasoned entrepreneur and has been involved in corporate development for financial advisory services for over twenty years. Susan founded several companies with specific focus in the healthcare and renewable energy sectors. During her time as senior management, she developed cross border relationships with financial institutions ranging a broad spectrum from boutique investment banks to bulge bracket banking institutions. In addition, she initiated relationships with key government personnel and legal firms needed for ease of transactions in Poland. Susan is responsible for all matters related to corporate development including when required enhancement of her clients’ corporate material, documentation and investor relations including road shows.

Stan Popow, Managing Director, Finacorp Financial Advisory Corporation
Stan’s transactional experience encompasses most aspects of investment Banking, including transaction in the financial, power & energy, transportation and natural resources & mining sectors. Prior to Finacorp, he served as the President of the Management Board of Bank of America (Polska) S.A. and Director at Bankers Trust Warsaw Office. At both institutions, Stan acted as Country and Senior Relationship Manager. He developed excellent contacts with government and corporate decision makers. During his work, he originated and executed assignments in project and structured finance, debt & equity capital raising, risk management (derivatives), as well as in mergers & acquisitions and private equity. Earlier in his career in London and Paris, Stan worked as a head of the EMEA unit at JP Morgan, and Corporate Finance Executive at BNP Capital Markets. During his 20 years of investment banking time, he raised in excess of USD 4.5bn in debt and equity in straight or derivative transactions, and the list of his clients includes most of the important Polish, corporate and several global names. Stan also serves as Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors of American Chamber of Commerce in Poland. He received a Masters Degree in Economy and Finance at the Paris Institute de Sciences Politiques (Sciences- Po de Paris) and Masters Diploma at the Paris Sorbonne University. Prior to that, he studied at the Wroclaw University. Stan speaks English and French, and is proficient in Spanish and Russian.
